Highway To Sell:
Forever Media is purchasing the entirety of Delmarva Broadcasting Company, including Country WXCY/Wilmington, DE, for $18.5 million. The purchase includes 10 stations across Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland. Forever is owned by Country Radio Hall of Famer Kerby Confer and Donald Alt.
Additionally, the purchase price for Alpha/Peoria, including WXCL, in its sale to Midwest (CAT 2/5) has been listed at $21.6 million in a contract filed with the FCC.
