Signing Off: Learn Broadcasting Country/Talk KLPZ-AM/Parker, AZ has surrendered its license. The station has primarily aired a Country format since 1993. Owners/hosts Keith Learn and Juanita Cesares, who purchased the station in 2000, retired at the end of last year, and a continous loop of programming had been running since. Learn told the Parker Pioneer, "It’s been a fantastic radio run."
