Schmaeling Resigns: Audacy CFO Rich Schmaeling has resigned to pursue other business opportunites, remaining as needed to ensure an orderly transition. Schmaeling has been in the role since 2017 (CAT 3/22/17), following similiar positions at LIN Media and Dow Jones. The company will not name a successor in the near term.
