Frankfort Red Hot: Midwest/Wausau, WI VP/MM Rusty James, who also served as OM for Country WDEZ, will join Seven Mountains/Frankfort, KY March 3 as MM for its three-brand cluster, which includes Country WFKY & WVKY. James joined Midwest in 2020, was promoted to OM in 2021 and VP/MM in 2022 (CAT 9/22/22). His prior stops include Max Media/Norfolk and Midwest/Evansville, IN.
