Audacy/Houston SVP/MM Sarah Frazier urged programmers to share their annual planning with sales managers. iHeart/Rockies SVPP JoJo Turnbeaugh mentioned using one talent to spread an endorsement across multiple stations in a region. Audacy Dir./Country Promotions & Experiences Andrea Burtscher suggested reaching out to the national team to ask, "How can we sell that locally?"
Drawing the session's biggest reaction, Frazier said she keeps a list of ideas – including one that came from seeing a port-a-potty at the Houston Rodeo that was brightly decorated and had a chandelier inside. "It was called the Glitter Shitter," she said. "We're going to find somebody to buy that."
