Ken-Do Attitude: Bliss Communications' WJVL/Janesville, WI PD/MD Ken Scott has been appointed GM of the company's co-owned Country WBWI and Classic Country WBKV/West Bend. Scott will also program WBWI, succeeding Ken Kohls, who exited as PD last month. As GM, Scott takes over for Jim Hodges, who recently left for a position with Heartland Communications in Eagle River, WI. Back in Janesville, Talk WCLO-AM PD Tim Bremel has been upped to OM and will now oversee WJVL. Justin Brown continues as APD for 'JVL.
