Bits & Pieces: Forever WGTY/York, PA produced a five-hour Toby Keith "celebration of life" special that aired three times this past weekend. It featured all of the late star's top 10 hits, among other songs, plus stories behind the songs. OM/PD Scott Donato tells Country Aircheck, "While we expected a nice response, we were overwhelmed by the hundreds who reached out to us via station social media and text lines. I can't remember this much positive response from anything we've done in a long time."
