Bland On The Run: As first reported last night (3/2) via Breaking News, Entercom KKWF/Seattle PD Drew Bland will depart in early April and relocate to Nashville for a soon-to-be-announced opportunity. Upon Bland's departure, MD/afternoon host Alek Halverson will serve as interim PD; the search is on for a permanent replacement, and applications are being accepted here. Halverson joined Entercom last year (CAT 2/19/19) from Radio FM Media Top 40 KLTA/Fargo, ND. Reach him here. Bland has been with KKWF since 2017 (CAT 3/24/17) following time with WWKA/Orlando and KMLE/Phoenix. No one is commenting, but look for Bland to resurface next month at a more radio-focused Monument.
