Chronicle: Blackberry Smoke co-founder and drummer Brit Turner passed away Sunday (3/3) from brain cancer. He was 57. The Atlanta-based country-rock band was formed in 2000, hitting the Country chart in 2013 with the single "Pretty Little Lie." Turner was diagnosed with glioblastoma in 2022. "If you had the privilege of knowing Brit on any level, you know he was the most caring, empathetic, driven and endearing person one could ever hope to meet," the band shared on social media.
