Bits & Pieces: NRG KFGE/Lincoln, NE will celebrate International Women's Day (3/8) by playing only female artists, male/female duets and song titles referencing women from 9am to 5pm. Throughout the day, the station will recognize the women who work there, including GM Ami Graham, Sales Manager Jill Masek, morning co-host Johanna Buresh, afternoon host Brooke Summers, weekender Robyn Burnison and Dir./Promotions Maria Hansen. In a similar vein, Alpha KBAY/San Jose expands its weekly She's Country show, hosted by afternoon driver Emily Harlan, into a day-long marathon from 10am-7pm March 8. The show normally airs on Wednesdays from 4-5pm, and spotlights female artists.

Luke Combs' previously announced (CAT 10/14/24) induction into the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp's Music City Walk of Fame will take place March 20 at 12:30pm at Walk of Fame Park in downtown Nashville. His induction had been rescheduled from an earlier date.
