Imminent Domain: Former Fitzgerald Hartley Co. partner Bill Simmons, Sea Gayle Music songwriter/publisher Chris DuBois and producer, instrumentalist and manager Kendal Marcy have formed Nashville-based Domain Artist Management in partnership with investment management firm Domain Capital Group. Brad Paisley is the company's flagship client. Paisley has a long-standing professional relationship with all three: Simmons has managed Paisley's career since 2003; DuBois formed Sea Gayle with him in 1999; and Marcy has been part of Paisley's team since 1999, executive producing many of the artist's TV and musical endeavors, and becoming a management partner in 2014.
