We'll Have A Jaus Party:
Cox WWKA/Orlando afternoon talent J.R. Jaus will join the company's KCYY/San Antonio next month for mornings, succeeding Jeff Miles, who left for Greater Media's WKLB/Boston in February (CAT 2/22). Jaus joins Beth Chandler in the daypart. "I joined the company 15 months ago, so to be presented with this kind of a promotion so quickly is very flattering," Jaus says. His radio career spans more than 10 years and includes CBS Radio and iHeartMedia; television credits include Nickelodeon's Victorious and CBS-TV's CSI Miami. Reach him here. As referenced yesterday (CAT 3/14), the search to replace him in Orlando has begun. Apply here.
