CRS: Halverson Urges Radio To Dream

High Cost Of (Not) Living: "We can still do fun things." That was the central challenge of Wednesday (3/15) morning's "Alek Halverson: Living The Dream" CRS session. The KAJA/San Antonio PD took the room back to his childhood as a second-generation radio kid. He also played previously unearthed audio he recorded as child pretending to be an on-air personality. Asserting that radio has ceded the "cool" ground to YouTube, TikTok and other media, he urged attendees to "get back on the streets" to show future generations that a radio career is a worthy aspiration.
