Reve News: Townsquare reported Q4 2025 net revenue of $106.5 million, off 9.6% from $117.8m in the same period in 2024. Broadcast advertising net revenue decreased 17.8%, while digital ad revenue was off 1.0%. For the year, net revenue declined 5.2%, with broadcast revenue down 12.6% and digital net revenue rising 0.9%. "Townsquare’s fourth quarter and year end results met our previously issued net revenue and Adjusted EBITDA guidance," says CEO Bill Wilson.
