Riley Trooper:
Folger Media consultant Jules Riley has joined Journal/Tulsa's five-station cluster, which includes Country KVOO and Classic Country KXBL, as OM. She replaces Brian Gann, who left the company in January (CAT 1/21). The move marks a return to Journal for Riley, who programmed the company's Wichita Rock KICT and Classic Rock KFXJ from 1999-2001. "[Riley] has a stellar reputation in the industry and extensive experience with multiple formats," says VP/GM Bill Berry. "I have no doubt that she will do a terrific job as our programming leader." Riley's background include stops at Cumulus, Citadel, Bonneville and Greater Media.
