Audacy's new executive lineup has interim CEO Kelli Turner taking over as Pres./CEO; Market Pres./New York Chris Oliviero as Chief Business Officer and Pres./Network & Multi-Market Sales Bob Philips as CRO. Turner took over interim CEO duties following the exit of David Field (CAT 1/29). Her previous stops include Sun Capital Partners, SESAC, RSL Management Corporation, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. and Time Warner Inc. Oliviero was in his most recent position for five years, and spent more than 23 years at predecessor CBS Radio. Philips joined CBS Radio in 1996 and rose to CRO before transitioning to his most recent role in 2021.

Exiting the company are COO Susan Larkin, Chief Digital Officer J.D. Crowley, Chief Marketing Officer Paul Suchman and EVP/General Counsel Andrew Sutor. The latter will remain on for a transition period as 18-year company vet and deputy General Counsel Mike Dash assumes that role.
