Crib Note: Brothers Osborne’s John Osborne and his singer-songwriter wife Lucie Silvas welcomed twins yesterday (3/21) at 1:43am and 1:44am CT. “Welcome to this crazy world, Arthur and Maybelle,” shares Osborne via Instagram. “It’s going to be a wild one.” The twins are the first children welcomed by the couple, who wed in 2015 (CAT 6/15/15).
