MC-Hey: MCA Dir./Northeast Promotion Michelle Tyrrell Elliott is leaving the industry March 25 after more than 25 years and more than a decade with MCA. Dir./Southeast Regional Promotion Miranda McDonald will segue to Elliott’s Northeast region, and Arista Mgr./Midwest Regional Promotion Kaileen Mangan returns to MCA April 1 to take over as Dir./Southwest Promotion. “[Michelle] is going to do work with a non-profit that is near and dear to her heart,” SVP/Promotion Katie Dean tells Country Aircheck. Elliott joined MCA in 2010 (CAT 8/19/10) after time with Lyric Street Records. She can now be reached here. McDonald joined MCA in Jan. 2012 after stops at Valory and CMT Radio; reach her here. Mangan joined Arista last year (CAT 7/16/21) after two years as MCA Coord./Promotion (CAT 7/1/19) and time as UMG/Nashville Exec. Asst. Reach Mangan here beginning April 1. No word on plans for the position at Arista.
