Brooke Who's Here: 
CBS Radio's KILT-FM/Houston has named former Top 40 WZRT/Lebanon, VT PD Brooke Meris APD/MD/night personality, effective April 6. Meris replaces Greg Frey, who left KILT-FM in October for a corporate programming position with Cumulus (CAT 10/11/2010). Afternoon driver Rowdy Yates had been serving as interim APD/MD since Frey left, but will now concentrate on his airshift.
