Roach The Subject:
While there's no word from CBS Radio's WDSY/Pittsburgh, Country Aircheck has confirmed that Keymarket's crosstown WOGI (Froggy 104) morning personality and longtime market vet Jimmy Roach will soon rejoin WDSY and team with morning host Brian "Monty" Montgomery. Monty has been solo since the departure of Rick "Zeke" Eberhart in December (CAT 12/21). Roach worked at 'DSY in the late '90s; he left 'OGI last week after a year of doing mornings and contributing to morning shows on local Froggy sisters WOGH and WOGG. Froggy PD Dave Anthony, who has been handling mornings on Froggy in the interim as David Hopperfield, is seeking Roach's successor. Airchecks and resumes here.
