Citizen Kane: Cumulus Triple A WKRU & Classic Hits WOGB/Green Bay, WI PD Dayton Kane has been named OM for the company's Appleton/Oshkosh, WI cluster. He also picks up programming duties for Country WPKR & Rock WWWX. As OM he succeeds Guy Dark, who is no longer with the company. "Dayton has demonstrated strong programming leadership qualities and produced outstanding results within Cumulus/Wisconsin," says VP/MM John Rowe. "We're excited to expand his role and take advantage of his sucess and experience." 

Kane picks up WPKR programming duties from Eddie Ybarra, who continues to program Country WPCK/Green Bay. The Green Bay and Appleton Country sister stations were simulcast until 2016. Concurrently, Ybarra is adding PD duties for WKRU, following Kane's move. WPCK is one of four stations Cumulus plans to divest (CAT 3/28).
