Browning, who uses the on-air moniker Joe "Crash" Kelley, will serve as PD/afternoon host for Top 40 WAOA. He succeeds Mike Vincent, who departed in January (CAT 1/29). It's a return to Cumulus for Kelley, who worked for the company from 2004-2014 in Lake Charles, LA; Macon, GA and Fayetteville, AR.
