Three Leave UMG: As reported via Breaking News, UMG/Nashville EVP/Promotion Royce Risser, EVP/A&R Brian Wright and SVP/A&R Stephanie Wright have all exited on the heels of Cindy Mabe’s ascension to UMGN Chair/CEO (CAT 4/3). Risser joined UMGN 30 years ago after graduating from Vanderbilt University and was named to his most recent post in 2018 (CAT 9/27/18). The Wrights have both been with the group for 22 years; Brian was named to his most recent position in 2018 (CAT 2/7/18), and Stephanie was upped later the same year (CAT 12/20/18). No word on plans for the positions at UMGN.
