Andy Walks With Me, Andy Talks With Me: Radio vet Andy Bloom has joined Entercom/Minneapolis' three-station cluster as OM, responsibilities handled most recently by Lauren MacLeash, who exited in February (CAT 2/9). MacLeash also programmed Country KMNB, duties now being handled on an interim basis by APD Lucas Phelan. Bloom served as OM for CBS Radio/Philadelphia from 2007-16. Other stops include Emmis, where he served as VP/Programming-International Division.
