Reve-News: Cumulus, which filed for Chapter 11 reorganization last month (CAT 3/5), reported 2025 revenue of $741.7 million, down 10.3% from 2024. Total broadcast revenue was off 15.9% to $474.5m, while digital was off 1.9% to $151.2m, or 20.3% of revenue. A net loss of $200.7m was recorded, compared to a net loss of $283.3m in 2023. EBITDA was $52m, down from $82.7m the prior year. Q4 net revenue was $188.1, down 14% year-over-year. "The company’s recently announced financial restructuring marks an important step toward meaningfully reducing the debt burden that has constrained the business.
