Chronicle: Former Zimmer WGSQ/Cookeville, TN morning co-host “Mary Mac” Darnell passed away April 18 following a battle with cancer. She was 37. Audacy WUSY/Chattanooga afternoon personality StyckMan, who previously co-hosted alongside Mary Mac, shared a tribute via Facebook saying, “We were only a radio team for eight or nine months, but we just clicked. We were an unlikely pair. I guess that’s why it worked.” Mary Mac had most recently co-hosted mornings at Zimmer Top 40 WKSW/Cookeville.
