Spicer Cindy House: As reported earlier via Twitter and Facebook, former Clear Channel KUSS/San Diego PD/morning personality Cindy Spicer has been named PD for the company's WQIK/Jacksonville. She succeeds Kris Abrams, who remains cluster OM but shifts his day-to-day focus to CC's new JACK-FM station WJGH. Twenty-year WQIK vet John Scott, who handles mornings, adds MD responsibilities.
