Bits & Pieces: Among the Grammy Museum's grant program recipients is the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, which was awarded $20,000 to "assess, catalog, re-house and make accessible a collection of 18,000 12-inch radio transcription discs containing historically significant, non-commercial recordings."

Rodney Crowell will be inducted into the Texas Institute of Letters this weekend. 

Hoxeng Trust WYCT/Pensacola, FL owner David Hoxeng has been named the 2025 recipient of the William J. Brooks Award by the Florida Association of Broadcasters. The honor recognizes legendary Florida broadcasters whose service and dedication set a standard of excellence. The award will be presented June 26 at the FAB Annual Luncheon at The Breakers Palm Beach.
