Legal Mind: Former Venu Sports Chief Legal Officer David Hillman has been named EVP/Chief Legal Officer & Secretary for iHeartMedia. He succeeds Jordan Fasbender, who recently departed the company (CAT 3/6). Prior to Venu, Hillman worked at Paramount Global, last serving as EVP/General Counsel of CBS Sports and CBS News & Stations. He also served as General Counsel at both Simon & Schuster and Westwood One.
