SMN Promotion Staff Realigns: Columbia Dir./Regional Promotion Lyndsay Church has shifted to Arista as Sr. Dir./Promotion & Artist Development as Columbia and RCA Dirs./Regional Promotion Lauren Longbine and Mallory Michaels rise to Sr. Dirs./Promotion & Artist Development for their respective imprints. The move is part of a realignment announced internally today (5/2) by Sony Music Nashville EVP/Promotion & Artist Development Steve Hodges.

“As our industry continues to evolve, we are very excited to embrace the challenges with a newly designed and redeployed staff,” shares Hodges via an internal email obtained by Country Aircheck. “In addition to their always-important airplay-related roles, SMN’s promotion field staff duties have been expanded to include a broader artist development focus on a local and regional level. Effective immediately, they will collaborate more closely with the SMN marketing team in such areas as brand partnerships, community engagement, digital activations, content development and more ... These changes allow our artists the most optimum opportunity to grow their brands by having the field team working in tandem with our marketing team in Nashville.”

Church reports to newly minted Arista VP/Promotion & Artist Development Chris Schuler; reach her here. Longbine will continue to report to SVP/Promotion Shane Allen through the end of the month, after which recently elevated Columbia VP/Promotion & Artist Development Lauren “LT” Thomas will take over; reach Longbine here. Michaels reports to RCA SVP/Promotion & Artist Development Dennis Reese and can be reached here
