Jay Dream Believer: Former Cumulus Oldies WGVX/Minneapolis PD/on-air talent Jay Philpott is rejoining the company as OM for the five-station Appleton-Oshkosh, WI cluster that includes Country WPKR. He succeeds Brian Davis, who departed last June (CAT 6/14/22). “Jay knows Wisconsin well and will fit perfectly with our outstanding programming team in Appleton,” says RVP/MM John Rowe.
