Don't Mess With Texas: Label imprint Big Loud Texas has added publishing arm Big Loud Texas Publishing, hiring former Big Machine Music Creative Mgr. Lizzy Rector as its Austin-based Dir./Publishing and signing singer/songwriter/producer and Rockwell, TX native Timothy Allen as its first writer. Big Loud Texas launched in 2023 as a partnership among Miranda Lambert, Jon Randall and Big Loud (CAT 11/6/23). Rector left Big Machine Music in February after seven years.
