KKWF/Seattle Launches New Morning Show
Tinker, Tailor: Audacy KKWF/Seattle's new morning show is hosted by returning personality Ellen Tailor and local musician Aaron Crawford. Taylor previously spent six years at KKWF, first in mornings and then middays, until her departure in 2017 (CAT 12/11/17), with previous stops in Grand Rapids and Lansing, MI. Crawford has released five albums, and hosts KKWF's Sunday evening local music show, Cascade Country. They succeed the previous The Morning Wolfpack show with Matt McAllister, “Captain Ron” Koons and Gabe Mercer. Koons remains as Exec. Producer for Ellen & Aaron. McAllister was part of a companywide downsizing last month (CAT 4/3). Mercer is now morning co-host at sister KMLE/Phoenix (CAT 4/24). “With Ellen's established rapport and Aaron's local stage presence, this show is a celebration of everything our community loves,” says Brand Mgr. Drew Bland.
