Phelan Pretty Good: 
As reported earlier via Breaking News, Entercom KMNB/Minneapolis APD/afternoon personality Lucas Phelan has been promoted to PD, filling a vacancy created with the departure of Lauren MacLeash earlier this year (CAT 2/9). He'll continue in afternoons and there are no plans to hire an APD. Phelan joined the station in 2016 after an 11-year stint at iHeartMedia/Minneaplois Top 40 KDWB.
