A Bug's Life: Roser WBGK & WBUG/Utica-Rome, NY adds sister Top 40 WSKS & WSKU late night host Tino Rossi in the 6pm to 10pm shift. Westwood One's Biscuit, who had been heard in evenings, moves to 10pm to 2am. OM Dave Silvers' shift is also adjusted from 3pm-7pm to 2pm-6pm.
