Bud & Broadway's Ford Departs:
SuiteRadio syndicated Bud & Broadway co-host Bud Ford (a.k.a Victor Ward) is leaving the show and stepping away from radio. “I can’t even believe it has been 32 years,” he tells Country Aircheck. Co-host Jerry Broadway will remain along with cast members Tim Wall and Becca Walls. Reach Ford here and Broadway here. Following two decades of individual success, Ford and Broadway originally teamed at WVTY/Dothan, AL in 2010, with ensuing stops including KTGX/Tulsa and WIL/St. Louis. The duo signed with SuiteRadio for syndication last year (CAT 8/5/20) and are currently heard in 20 markets. The show continues under the name Bud & Broadway. “The Bud And Broadway Show will continue to be exactly what you expect it to be – funny, compelling content that listeners relate to and laugh with – and Bud and Broadway listeners will go out of their way to find us, because there just are not that many shows that do what we do the way we do it,” says Broadway in a note to affiliates obtained by Country Aircheck.
