Tuttle Exits KKBQ:
Cox KKBQ/Houston morning co-host Tim Tuttle has exited after 17 years; Erica Rico and Katelyn Maida remain in mornings. "I just got word that 93Q will not be renewing my contract and that today was my last show," Tuttle shared on Facebook. "Thank you to all the fantastic coworkers that I’ve had the great pleasure of working with since 1996." There is no word on plans to replace Tuttle, whose prior stops include Birmingham and Tallahassee.
Concurrently, part-time host Mason Pradt replaces Westwood One's The Lia Show from 7pm-midnight. Pradt started with the Cox/Houston cluster as a promotions specialist in 2014 before adding on-air duties in 2018. Reach him here.
