Open Waters: Former WIWF (The Wolf)/Charleston, SC morning host Steve Waters is joining Free Lance Star's WFLS/Fredericksburg, VA for mornings starting May 23. Waters exited The Wolf in January (CAT 1/28) after three years. Coincidentally, he started his on-air career at WFLS 14 years ago. Upon his return, Waters joins personality Jessica Cash, who's been handling mornings alone since the departure of co-host Geoff Moore last September. Congratulate Waters here.
