Where There's A Wilcott...: Neuhoff WDZQ/Decatur, IL The Q Country Weekend Rundown host Mike Wilcott (a.k.a. the artist formerly known as Toby Tucker) has added part-time overnights for Country sister WFMB/Springfield, IL. “Still rocking my full-time gig for the Park District, but still having a little fun, too,” says Wilcott. He rejoined the company in December (CAT 12/2/21) after leaving the WDZQ PD/afternoon post in 2018 (CAT 10/10/18) for an opportunity outside of radio as Devon Amphitheater GM.
