Early Frost: Longtime KRRV/Alexandria, LA PD/morning host Melissa Frost has been promoted to OM at parent Cenla Broadcasting, overseeing its eight stations. She succeeds Dave Graichen, who continues as PD for four of the stations, as well as the company's engineer and IT specialist. A 22-year company veteran, Frost was upped from APD/MD to PD at KRRV in 2012 (CAT 3/21/12). She will continue her previous roles at KRRV, and her afternoon show at Top 40 KQID.
