Bits & Fritz: Former Reising Radio WYGB/Columbus, IN VP/GM Fritz Moser joins Midwest Communications as OM for its Peoria, IL cluster, including WXCL, where he will also be Brand Mgr. He succeeds Rick Hirschmann, who is leaving at the end of May (CAT 3/5).
