The move returns the call letters and brand to the frequency and the market. WKOE previously existed on 106.7 (2008-2010), 106.5 (1998-2002) and 106.3 (1992-98). The station is utilizing talent from Local Radio Networks. Townsquare WPUR was the only Country station to register in the market's Fall Nielsen survey, coming in fourth with a 4.8 share.
