Crib Note: Midland's Jess Carson and wife Camille welcomed son Parker Emmanuel on Mother's Day (5/14). Parker joins big sister Ida Mae, 15 months. Camille went into labor in their Driftwood, TX hometown, Carson tells People. The couple made it to the parking lot of an Austin hospital before Camille delivered Parker in the hospital's emergency room roundabout. "He's good – he had a wild entrance, but he's healthy and he's a happy little boy,” says Carson. "He's pretty rambunctious, he likes to keep us on the move." More on Parker's chart-topping debut here.
