The Ballad Of Janesville: Southern Wisconsin WJVL/Janesville OM/middayer Ken Scott and part-timer Ashley Kix will move to mornings July 2 to form the Kix With Ken show. Scott hosted the daypart from 1998-2010; Kix joined the station a year ago. The pair succeeds 10-year station vet Mike Austin, who is leaving to be closer to family in Michigan, where he'll focus on his voiceover/voice-tracking business and continue hosting his syndicated feature Radio Dad. His last day is June 27; reach him here. Concurrently, WJVL Coord./Promotions and evening personality Chet Daniels will take over in middays and plans are pending for his current shift.
