Dokke Named Curb VP/Promotion: Former Arista Mgr./Regional Promotion Ryan Dokke has joined Curb as VP/Promotion. He left Arista last week (CAT 5/23) after three years and has prior stops in radio with Clear Channel, Citadel and Morris Communications.
