The company is selling the signal and frequency of KCYE, specific assets of KFRH, along with co-owned Sports/Classic Country (CAT 5/28) KBET-AM, to Ed Stolz's Silver State Communications for $15.25 million. Beasley thus retains three Vegas properties including Classic Hits KKLZ and News/Talk KDWN. Class C KCYE currently operates at 104.3 with 24.5 kw at 3,701 feet AAT; while Class C KFRH has 96 kw at 1,978 feet AAT.
