Wake Upstate: Pamal WKLI/Albany, NY midday host Kevin Richards moves to mornings with Dana Race, while sister Top 40 WKBE/Corinth, NY morning host Pete Kelly adds the midday shift on WKLI. "Kevin and Dana are both big fans of Country music," says PD Jon Reilly. "They live and breathe the lifestyle and most importantly are real and authentic." Richards takes over for Jake Allen, who crossed the hall to sister Top 40 WFLY last month (CAT 4/11). Richards has been with the company since 2014 (CAT 7/16/14) after 20 years at crosstown WGNA.
