Hank Becomes Wolf
Okla-howl-ma: Champlin Classic Country KNAH/Oklahoma City, which had been branded as "Hank FM" since its launch in 2013 (CAT 9/23/13), re-branded to "99.7 The Wolf" Friday (5/26) at 5pm. PD/morning host Bill Reed tells Country Aircheck, "[We're] still hitting the classics but now if there's a recurrent that sounds like it’ll fit, we can give it a try ... we couldn’t do that under the Hank umbrella." Champlin does not subscribe to Nielsen ratings; the three other Country outlets in the market combined for 12.6 shares in the April survey (CAT 5/23). Stream here.
