Wild Billings: Former iHeartMedia KASH/Anchorage, AK PD/morning co-host Bill "Stu" Stewart has joined Townsquare/Billings, MT as Dir./Content. His oversight includes Country KCTR. Stewart succeeds "Johnny V" Vincent, who segued to the same role at the company’s Rockford, IL cluster in March (CAT 3/31). Stewart tells Country Aircheck, “When I first heard 'Yellowstone,' I thought I was replacing Kevin Costner in Season 6 of the TV show; turns out even better, it’s my return to radio in the county seat of Yellowstone." Stewart departed KASH amid companywide cutbacks in 2020 (CAT 11/19/20); he'd been with the station five years, and with the cluster 27 years. Reach him here.
