No Sequel Planned "We've spent two years coming to this point, but we've realized this isn't the right place for us." That's how KNIX/Phoenix morning duo Tim & Willy described their decision not to accept a new contract offer from Clear Channel. The 10-year KNIX vets will say their on-air goodbyes tomorrow (12/20). What's more, they don't have a new job to go to. "People are having a hard time believing this, but there is no 'part 2' to this story," said Hattrick. "We're going to take some time off and figure out what we want to do next."

As detailed this morning in a Country Aircheck Breaking News Bulletin, former Ben & Brian partner Ben Campbell will move into the KNIX wake-up slot on Jan. 7, 2008. This is a return to Sun City for Campbell; Ben and Brian Egan did mornings on KMLE from 1998-2001 before heading to WMZQ/Washington, DC.
